Alicia Salazar

Languages:

Alicia has also been a teacher for many years. She came from Venezuela in the late 70s to study at Edinburgh University where she completed a PhD in Linguistics. She has come to love her adoptive country as if it was her own. She has delved into its history with a passion that led her to the discovery of the Gaelic language, its music and literature. Her enthusiasm, humour, vivacity and understanding of Scotland are her tools to make your stay an enjoyable and enduring experience.
