I came to guiding after a long career in social housing in Scotland. Having always had an interest in travel and places, and being spurned on by an old university friend, I decided to become a professional tourist guide. With an interest in all things Scottish and an ability to work effectively with a whole range of people this seemed like a great career change. I believe in tailoring tours to fit the hopes and aspirations of my clients. With a basis of knowledge second to none, thanks to the Blue Badge course, I would like to make any traveller's experience in Scotland a memorable one.
