Passionate about the Highlands of Scotland.

Having lived in or around the highlands all of my life I have an extensive knowledge of roads and points of interest built up over many years of travelling by motor vehicle, walking from the west to east coasts, and sailing around the Highland coastlines and islands.

As a keen motorcyclist (Member of the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists) and a previous Commodore of Cromarty Boat Club I can also offer guiding services in motorcycle tours or yacht cruising.

From mid 2020 I hope to be able to offer hill walking and Mountain Biking tour guiding as a means of "digital detox" and "slow tourism" alternatives.
Mountain Leader (Summer) training is scheduled for April 2020 with assessment a month or two later. Outside First Aid training will be undertaken in November 2019.
