I have spent all my life in the Highlands. I was born in Sutherland and have lived across the Highlands, in Ross & Cromarty, the West Coast and Inverness Shire, making me a true Highlander.

I have always had a keen interest in history, and achieved my STGA Green Badge qualification in 2018, as well as a Cert HE Tourist Guiding (North Highlands) from the University of the Highlands and Islands. In this time I enhanced and combined my knowledge and passion into my own guiding business, Touristic.

My guiding work as a freelance qualified driver-guide, within the Highlands enables me to customise tours, ranging from Clan History and Ancestral Roots to the Filming Locations of Outlander. The choice of tour is only constrained by imagination.

Touristic aims to produce an itinerary that includes other aspects of an informative journey throughout the Highlands, creating a bigger picture.

All tours are tailored and are suitable for solo female tours or a small group tour, specific to meeting your interests and requirements.

My ultimate goal is to share my passion and ensure that all my guests in the Highlands have a memorable and happy time, and leave Scotland with a greater understanding of the past and present of this fascinating and breath-taking country.

Please take a look at the Touristic website, and contact me to discuss your guiding requirements.
