I am retired primary school teacher. I've lived in Orkney since 1977 with my husband. We have four children and three grandchildren. I am very enthusiastic about Orkney. It's a great place to live and I'm delighted to tell others about all things Orcadian. We have unbeatable scenery, a fascinating history from Neolithic times to the present day with amazing World Heritage archaeological sites, WW1 & WW11 places of interest, unique flora and fauna, and a vast and varied craft industry. We are also renowned for various types of food and drink and have lots of local shops which showcase this.
I am a fully qualified Orkney Guide, STGA affiliated and an OTGA member.
