About Me

Over the last few years I have primarily worked with cruise service operators providing shore excursion services in Orkney operating as Island Smart Ltd. That work continues. However, I am now also working to provide small group (and larger) tours in collaboration with Vita Colborn-Veitch - who has her own entry on this site. Together we trade as Orkney Island Tours Limited - please view our small group offers - https://orkneyislandtours.co.uk

My personal specialities within Orkney are the smaller North Isles, especially Shapinsay, Orkney’s wilder places, its energy transition (including marine renewables and hydrogen) and community engagement with tourism in all its forms.
