I was born in Co. Antrim, N Ireland but have been living in Scotland for over 40 years .I was brought up with all things Scottish (my ancestors would have been Scottish), so it is no surprise that I love the country - its people and landscape. As a Geography teacher for over 35 years this gave the opportunity to teach about Scotland and travel throughout it.
Since 2012 I qualified as a Blue Badge Tourist Guide and I use these qualifications to develop tours in my local area of Ayrshire or provide guiding services for visitors throughout Scotland.
I am very flexible and pride myself on providing an informative and memorable experience often with music and laughter.
