About Me

I was raised on a country estate in Scotland and now live on the shores of Loch Awe in the West Coast of Scotland.

After pursuing a successful career in Further Education, I became a Scottish Blue Badge Guide so that I could share my passion for Scotland with visitors from all over the world.  My particular interests are Scottish history, folklore, architecture, the great outdoors and fine food.

I have boundless energy and enthusiasm and love to tell the stories of Scotland, my aim is to give each individual,  a unique and memorable experience of Scotland that they will treasure long after they return to home.

When I am not guiding I enjoy spending time with my family, hill-walking, cycling and kayaking, fine dining and planning my next adventure.
