About Me

I am an energetic, enthusiastic and highly professional STGA Blue Badge guide with a successful background in sales and tourism. Showing Scotland at its best is my passion and with excellent communication and organisational skills I can adapt to all types of tours. My career in sales involved presenting to a variety of market sectors at senior management and board level resulting in a very customer friendly focus and an ability to communicate clearly in a warm, approachable way. With a strong interest in traditional culture, Scottish history and heritage, I regularly perform with a Scottish ceilidh dance group and am up to date with the Scottish Folk scene. Having spent time living in France I am a francophile and especially love guiding in french. Based in Edinburgh, but happy to travel, I am ideally situated for work in the central belt and beyond. I am a driver guide with a Mercedes EQV extra long with room for lots of luggage or golf clubs and 6 passengers.
