Greetings from Scotland and a warm welcome to my page.
As a born & bred Scot my home is very close to the historical city of Stirling and within a short distance of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs’s National Park.
I am ideally and conveniently located to guide across the country including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Perth and of course The Highlands offering half day, full day & extended tours.
My career background has been Accountancy and Finance but it is with guiding that I have found my spiritual home.
I am deeply passionate about my country's wonderful, enthralling & enchanting history. Its landmark defining moments and of course its memorable & defining characters who have helped shape this wonderful nation.
 My extended interests relate to Archaeology, Film & TV (including Outlander). Music & Culture, & Sport (particularly football where during the winter period I frequently work as a stadium tour guide for one of Glasgow's two major team's).
In addition to being a Blue Badge Guide I also hold the Mountain Leader qualification allowing me to guide walks off the beaten tracks.
As an avid hill walker and hiker, I have an extensive knowledge of the Scottish Highlands and Islands in which I have summited all of Scotland's 282 mountains over 3,000 ft (The Munros) and am familiar with the main walking routes on the majority of Scotland's best-known islands.
