Brought up in the North East of Scotland I developed my love of guiding early on when I secured a student holiday job at nearby Crathes Castle. After completing my degree in historic St Andrews I moved to Edinburgh, my home now for 30 years. After working in various roles mainly in the charitable and cultural sectors I decided to train for the Blue Badge and now it is my privilege to share my love of my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world and of all ages. I look forward to bringing Scotland's beauty, rich history and culture to life with a mixture of facts, stories, music and fun.
Over the years since I qualified I have guided private walking tours which I personalise as much as possible, extended coach tours all over Scotland, educational groups, day excursions for guests visiting on cruise ships and much more besides! Let me share Scotland with you.
