Following on from a career in Education Management and Community Project Management across Scotland I am delighted today to be a professional tourist guide. Over the years I've developed a great deal of knowledge and experience of Scotland's people and places as well as its rich colourful customs, heritage and history. Combined with my initial degree in drawing and painting from Edinburgh College of Art I am able to present a range of customised tours, which may be specialised, thematic or a general smorgasbord of Scotland's culture, countryside and city delights. Whether you require a guide for an extended group tour or a guide for a half day, I can meet your needs with knowledge, skill and courtesy at all times. My specific areas of knowledge are highlighted in this profile but it is worth saying that I have a specific interest in Edinburgh and have publications about our capital city. I also operate a popular old Edinburgh nostalgia Facebook page called 'Edinburgh Places and People'. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. .
