My love of Scotland was formed from an early age as I was brought up in some of the most beautiful and iconic locations we have to offer: from the Highlands to Edinburgh, fairytale Glamis to celebrated Royal Deeside. I maintain enviable contacts across the country.

I don’t just live here though – I actively choose to holiday here too, so I know the ins and outs of being a visitor in Scotland. My “past life” has also seen me work and travel extensively abroad, giving me a firm understanding of what makes or breaks a holiday whether you are part of a group or a solo traveller. Having been a director of a major international charity, I love engaging with visitors from many diverse backgrounds - and nothing is ever too much trouble!

I delight in creating “the best Scottish holiday”, and would love to guide you around Scotland, giving you a unique insight into our beautiful country. I will take you to see our most stunning and dramatic scenery together with our iconic locations, while weaving in our incredible history and rich culture along the way.

I have fantastic insider knowledge to find all of the best hidden spots from isolated beaches to charming cafes, and combine this with the best of local arts and activities – indoor and out – to curate a truly bespoke travel experience for all of my clients. I always make sure we have plenty of time to switch off and simply enjoy the peace and quiet too. Of course, everywhere we go there is an opportunity to sample Scotland’s freshest and finest food and drink. Whisky is only the starting point.

I truly feel that Scotland is here for the exploring and I am delighted to extend an enthusiastic and warm welcome to you.

Please do get in touch so that I can help create your own magical travel experience of Scotland.

Having been brought up on iconic Highland Estates, and also holidayed all over Scotland, my particular love is to showcase Scotland's landscapes, how we live within them, and explain how they have evolved over time through stories of our people, our rich history, and of course our celebrated weather!

Intrinsic to this are the iconic sites of the Highlands which we will explore every day - from castles to distilleries; mountains to lochs to meadows; and the majestic red deer to, of course, our beloved Highland cows.
