Whether you have ancestors from Scotland and want to see where they lived or are the type of traveller who wants to explore off the tourist trail - my aim is to give you a tour you will always remember. Being a genealogist I pursue my own and client’s family history and can be found in graveyards all over Scotland. Castles and battle sites are my next love and one day I hope to uncover a horde of treasure, although I’d settle for a sword. I also enjoy traditional Scots and gaelic music.
I studied librarianship at Robert Gordons, Aberdeen before heading to Idaho, USA to study British Genealogy. I have a Certificate in Scottish Family Studies from Stirling University and a Certificate in Scottish Studies from the University of Edinburgh. I recently (Feb 2016) completed a three week online course run by Glasgow University on Robert Burns.
