I have been guiding/ working in tourism in different capacity since 1970.
Visitors of all ages and backgrounds were my guests, on walks or using various types of transport.
As an innovative way during the Pandemic period I am offering walks combined with excellent public transport use, if required.
Forming a group of up to six guests allows for intimacy and is in line up to date Covid recommendations. 30-Apr-21
This style of guided tour means that children of all ages are welcome.
Varied guided urban routes on foot are on offer. Bristling with history they often reveal secrets of the city. We adapt the walking pace to all guests.
Starting from the city centre in easy reach are beautiful leafy walks, with comfortable walking surface on most. These combine history and stories along canal and river paths. Breaks can be designed at a playground on the way. Adults can have a “guided” break with information time, while children are playing?
Locations are accessible on foot or alternatively, by public transport or taxi.
With risks and safety measures in place before, I may offer a bike ride plus guide for two cyclists.
Bookings: Length, Meeting Place, Route and Price we will agree before the tour.
