I am a retired Estate Manager and worked for the Homeless section of Shetland Islands Council. My main hobbies are gardening and walking and I open my garden through Gardening Scotland - all money raised goes to the Gardening Scotland charities with 40% going to my charity which is Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland. My latest project is to erect a Poly Crub - a more robust version of a Poly Tunnel to cope with all that the Shetland winter weather throw at it!! My other main hobby of course is my tour guiding which I thoroughly enjoy - such a delight to meet so many interesting people who wish to come and see our beautiful islands
