In May 2014 the Scottish Tourist Guides Association awarded me my Blue Badge Guide qualification. I have lived in Scotland since 2000 and I am a native German speaker which means that I am able to guide both English and German Tourist groups, anywhere in Scotland. I have worked for many well known touring companies in Scotland which has helped me gather in-depth experience within the industry. I am passionate about guiding. I am also reliable, trustworthy, sociable, well-organised and having great customer care skills.

Personal qualities: - Sociable, confident and can easily work with people of various backgrounds. - Willing to learn, especially within industry related subjects. - Well-organised, good time management and able to work on own initiatives
