Mike Greaves

Languages:

Hi, my name is Mike Greaves, I specialise in driver guiding, and have been doing private tours for the past ten years. I go out of my way to please my clients and always endeavour to make my tours fun and entertaining as well as interesting and informative. My principal aim is to ensure my clients enjoy a wonderful and memorable experience. I have many testimonials from delighted clients and regularly receive bookings from new clients via word of mouth recommendations from previous clients.

Let me share with you what I consider to be the benefits of choosing me to guide your private tour:

I genuinely enjoy showing visitors around Scotland and sharing my knowledge of Scotland with them.

I use my own vehicle, which is a late model Volkswagen mini-van, and make sure it is always well-maintained, comfortable and clean inside and out. I am fully insured to carry passengers for Hire and Reward.

I have a microphone system fitted to the vehicle to ensure that all passengers can hear my commentary.

I have a trailer so I can take as much luggage, golf clubs, etc as you want to bring.

I like taking people to those fascinating out-of-the-way places that are off the beaten tourist trail where a big coach cannot go.

My aim is to make my tours interesting and fun, as well as memorable, and I can facilitate most requests.

I am well-versed on current affairs and can provide a good mix of Scotland today with Scottish history.

I know all the good places to stop for lunches, dinners, or just coffee and cake.

I believe that the attraction of a private driver-guided tour is flexibility, so we can change the itinerary as required according to weather or traffic conditions or just how you feel on the day.
